- We offer free shipping for all orders over R750.
- Normally orders will be delivered in between 1 to 3 working days.
- Should you be outside city centres or in outlying areas there may be a delay in receiving your order as our couriers then use third party providers to service these areas.
- Please note that the above-mentioned delivery times are meant to be a guideline for the expected length of delivery, Smashzone in conjunction with our service providers will do all we can to make sure you get your parcel in the standard time frames but due to the nature of shipping in South Africa there is a possibility of delay due to factors outside of our control.
- All orders placed on our website will have a corresponding unique order number which will be quoted in all emails sent to you from our system regarding your order status.
- Once you have indicated your address and you have received confirmation of your order, we regret that no changes to the specified address and/or delivery option will be accepted.
- We reserve the right to contact customers and arrange alternative delivery methods and timelines if your delivery address is remote or to cancel the order if delivery is not feasible
